きのこの季節
冷たい雨の一日。
庭の山野草コーナーでは、水好きなサギ草が生き生きとしている。
サギ草はほんらい水耕栽培するものらしいけど、湿度の高い軽井沢では地植えでＯＫなのではないか？
そう感じて、私は地植えをしている。今のところ問題なし。
たまに山野草が好きな方が立ち止まって眺めてくれている。ちょっと嬉しい。

今年もやってきた、きのこの季節。
ツルヤには地物のマツタケ、舞茸、リコボウがお目見えした。
我が家の庭にも、マツタケが生えていたことがあった。みんなは絶対にこれはマツタケだと言っていたが、最後まで信用できず鑑賞にとどめてしまった。残念ながら今はもう生えてこない。
香りマツタケ、味シメジと言うが、私のマイブーム きのこは、”トラさんエノキ”である。
食べたことのない方はぜひ試して欲しい。ツルヤのきのこコーナーにたまーに出没する。
甘み、シャキシャキッとした歯ごたえ、そして何よりもコク。
料理すると、エリンギといい勝負か？それ以上のマジックキノコである。
