佐久 志賀の岩場（No.26）

冬シーズンでも佐久の岩場に朝錬に行けるかどうかを確かめるため、早めに起きて佐久の岩場に行ってみた。今日は曇りだが軽井沢の気温は2℃程度と高く、佐久の岩場付近は5℃くらいありそうだった。最近通ってる黄昏エリアには8:20頃到着。殆ど登る時間はないので、奥さんに譲ってもらってわたしが2本、奥さんが1本を登ることにした。いつものウォーミングアップルートに取り付くが、岩は冷たいが感覚がなくなるほどではない。ただ、細かいホールドの場合は効いているか効いていないかが全く分からないので、効いていると信じて身体を引き上げる感じになる。
続いて、テレパシーの右にある凹角から1m程のハングを越えていくルートに取り付いてみる。このルートもルート名・グレードともに分からない。見た目は5.10＋程度。若干脆い凹角からのハング越えは、ホールドも豊富で凹角にステミングもできるのでそれほど難しくない。問題は終了点直下で、まっすぐ登ると手がかりがなくてはまってしまう。若干左寄りにトラバースして抜け無事オンサイト。プロテクションが半分くらいRCCボルトやお手製ボルトなのでおっかないが、ムーブはいろいろあって面白かった。5.11-って言われても納得だけど、テレパシーのこともあるし、5.10+だと思う。

今日来てみての感想だけど、軽井沢が氷点下でなければ十分朝錬はできそうだ。7:30-9:30までの2時間みっちりやれば良いトレーニングになるでしょう。
