佐久 志賀の岩場（No.18）

昨日お墓参りの帰りに小川山にでも寄ろうと思っていたが、時間切れとモチベーションがさほど高くなかったので登らずに帰ってしまった。今日日曜日は天気も良さそうだったのだが出勤しなければならなかったので、間を空けたくなかったので朝錬に行った。佐久の岩場に着いたのは8時ちょっと前。がんばって登っても3本程度なので、急いで準備してウォーミングアップの一本杉を2本連続で登る。まだ寝ている身体を強引にたたき起こすことが出来た。

朝早いので日曜日だけど誰もまだ来てなく、湿度も低いのでコンディションはばっちり。前回の宿題になっていた黄昏の万華鏡（04/11/13 後日万華鏡ではないことが判明）に向かう。ボルト2本目までは問題ないが、ポケットを取るムーヴでバランスを崩し、核心のポケットに手は届くのだが引き上げることは出来ずに痛恨のテンション。悔しいので一度取り付きまでロワーダウンし、ロープをはずして再度チャレンジ。今度はバランスを崩さずにポケットを取れたのだが、気合が足りずに左手が外れてしまった。まだまだ悪いホールドでのバランスのとり方がなってないようだ。時間もないのでそのまま再度登り、ややデッドポイント気味にキーとなるホールドを取り、終了点まで登り回収。急いで帰る準備をして、ちょっとだけ遅刻して出勤。
次回はぜひとも落としたい。そして次はナカオカンテ（5.11a）に取り付いてみよう。
