佐久 志賀の岩場（No.14）

朝6時に起きて朝錬に行った。でも少しぐずぐずしてしまったので、岩場に着いたのは8:00過ぎだった。10:00には出勤しないといけないので、9:20頃には撤収を始めないといけない。結局ウォーミングアップで2本、11のレッドポイントトライの計3本しかトライできなかった。しかし外岩でトレーニングできる効果は大きく、夜ジムに行くよりは断然ゲレンデのルートを登る力はついて行っていると思う（タダだし）。

5.11aのルートは、ムーブは完璧につながっているんだけど、そこそこ長いためどうしても最後の方で右手がパンプしてしまう。上手なレストと持久力が課題。
